Who are we?

We are White Webbit Ltd. from United Kingdom .

The purpose of having Ts & Cs is to regulate the business relationship between you and Whitewebbit. By using the website Whitewebbit.co.uk or Whitewebbit.com in any way, or by buying from us, you agree to be bound by them.

In this agreement:

‘Item' means one item product, i.e. if you purchase two different product, it count as two items; if you purchase two of the same item in one order, it also count as 2 items.

1. Our Contract with You

  1. Terms and conditions apply on any person who uses our web site:
  2. WE allow you as a visitor to our website
  3. We accept your order when we dispatch it to you. That is when our contract is made.
  4. We may change these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to you are those posted here on our website on the day you order goods and services. It may be useful to print a copy now.

2. Order and Delivery

  1. No person under the age of 18 years may purchase goods and services.

  2. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

  3. Goods are usually dispatched on the same day if you purchase before 3:00p.m. (15:00) (Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays );Your order will usually be delivered in approximately 1-3 working days. And you will receive an email to let you know that your order has been sent.

    If you have not received your products within 7days please Email to let us know, stating your purchase and order number.

  4. In some circumstances, i.e. if the item is out of stock, delivery time might take up to 7-14 days or 7-21 days for large quantity orders. A notification e-mail will be sent about any delays. If the delivery time is unacceptable to you then you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

  5. The shipping times quoted above are approximate (though usually accurate)

  6. If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have the option of whether a full refund or a replacement shipment.
  7. We ensure all our products are checked and have no faults before we send.

  8. When you receive the product you must inspect it for any defects or non-conformity within 7 days. After this period, we will not accept any returns. If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or dispatch new goods as soon as possible after original goods have been returned and inspected by us.

  9. Please make sure the postal address is correct when you put your payment details. Your order might be delayed or sent back to us if the address or postcode is wrong. (We will charge you postage and packing of £2.50 per item for us to re-send you your item in this case! This is subject to average weight of all products.)

  10. If you are away when delivery of your product is made, Royal Mail will leave you a 'While you were out card'. You can call the number supplied to re-arrange delivery or collect the item from your local enquiry office by bringing your card and proof of identification and address.

    Alternatively please check the Royal Mail website ( www.royalmail.com ) for more details, on how long they will hold your undelivered product for.

    The Item(s) will sent back to us if you fail to collect in 1-3 weeks time (depending on postal method).

    At this point, Whitewebbit will send you an email to notify you that your item has been returned to us and you will have to pay extra postage if you want the item to be re-sent.

    Postage will depend on the value and the weight of the item. Whitewebbit will not allow any refund at this point.

  11. Postage for Purchases :
    •  Royal Mail 1st class standard (for orders £12.00 or under)
    •  Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For (for order £12.01 - £35)
    •  Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (for order over £35)

  12. We only deliver within the United Kingdom.
3. Products
  1. Please read product descriptions for full details, some images may show consoles / PDAs / Ipods and Mobile phones or other accessories, these are used for demonstration purposes only.

4. Price and Payment
  1. You will pay all sums due to us under these terms by the means specified without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim.

  2. All prices are shown in . £ Pound Sterling, and this is the only currency we accept for the moment.

5. Information you give us

You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself. We need this information to provide you with the goods and services. Failure to provide accurate information will subject to response at your own risk, we will not accept responsible for ANY inconvenience caused.

6. Returns Policy

  1. Under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to return any products bought from 'Whitewebbit' up to 7 days after receiving goods purchased and receive a refund (minus Postage and Packaging), assuming that the goods are in their original pristine condition and merchantable condition.

    All you pay for is the cost of their return shipping. Products return at cost and risk of consumer. Goods remain purchaser's responsibilities until received by us. We strongly advice you to use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Postage and Packing will only be refunded for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item(s).

    All funds are returned to the card that was used to pay for the order or by cheque, and may take up to two weeks to appear on the account. Refund will be provided within 7 workdays from receipt of returned goods.

  2. There is a 1 month guarantee on all products excluding :- Screen Protectors / Mobile phone Fascias / headphone caps . This guarantee excludes faults caused by neglect, misuse or accidental damage.

    The Guarantee excludes consequential loss of consumable items, eg: batteries, etc.

  3. If you are thinking about returning a product please email us before any other action.
    In order to ensure your interests are best served, we require you to obtain a Return Reference Number from us by emailing us at followthe@whitewebbit.co.uk please include Order number in any correspondence.

  4. If you return a product which came with a free gift, you must return the gift along with the product.


7. Privacy

  1. We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of WhiteWebbit.co.uk users. The information collected is used only to improve the services we provide and to contact you with updates or new products on the web site or for other delivery purposes.

    We do not forward your personal details / email address to any other company and will only use your details for WhiteWebbit services.

8. Security

  1. When you shop with us via our website, all your financial transactions are entirely secure. The No-chex server software encrypts all your payment card details. Any sensitive information you send to us, from your computer to the no-chex servers is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
