About Orders and Payments:
Orders are taken via a secure credit / debit card payment system with No-chex, there is a limit of £100 per transaction. For customers wishing to purchase products totalling more than £100, please contact us by email.

Q. What can I do if I want to change my order?
A. After you clicked ‘Pay', your order begins to process and you cannot make any changes to your order. To change or cancel your order, please email our customer service at followthe@whitewebbit.co.uk a.s.a.p.
Please note: Most of our orders are process quickly and enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has been entered to the shipping process, it cannot be changed. We will do our best to satisfy our customers. We advice customers to go through your order before clicking on the ‘Pay' button to avoid disappointment or inconvenience. (*shipping process includes order packing.)
Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. We currently accept most major credit / debit cards issued by UK banks.
Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit (Delta), Visa Electron, Maestro.
We do NOT accept Charge cards and Non UK issued cards!

Delivery:
For customer satisfaction, we aim to process and dispatch your order on the same day. There are 3 types of delivery methods that we use:
Royal Mail 1st class standard (for orders £12.00 or under)
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For (for orders £12.01 - £35)
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (for orders over £35)
Please make sure the postal address is correct when you put your payment details. Your order might be delayed or sent back to us if the address or postcode is wrong. (We will charge you postage and packing of £2.50 per item for us to re-send you your item in this case! This is subject to average weight of all products.)
Q. How long does it take to receive my order ?
A. Most of the orders are usually dispatched on the same day (Weekdays except bank holiday) if customers purchase before 3:00p.m. (15:00). Usually it takes 1-3 working days to receive your items.
Postage cost is included within the products' price. In some circumstances, i.e. if the item is out of stock, delivery time might take up to 7-14 days or 7-21 days for large quantity orders. A notification e-mail will be sent about any delays, at this point you may decide to wait for the item or cancel the order by getting in touch with us via email.
Q. Do you ship abroad?
A. We only deliver within UK at the moment. We do NOT ship abroad, but aim to expand our service in the future.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes, an e-mail with tracking reference number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. You can go to www.royalmail.com to track your order.
Q. What if I haven't received my item/s for more than a week?
A. Delivery time might be delayed due to Bank Holidays or busy periods (i.e. Christmas). Please be patient around these periods; if item/s are not received on time excluding Bank Holidays and other busy periods, please either contact our customer service at followthe@whitewebbit.co.uk or contact Royal Mail to track your item. Received Products:
We ensure all items are checked to make sure there are no faults before we send. But in the rare event that item/s are mis-handled during the delivery process, please keep the product and the PACKAGING and inform our customer service. In the mean time, you can visit
www.royalmail.com regarding Damaged Goods.

Returns:
Q. I want to return a product, what can I do?
A. You can only return products within 7 days of receiving them under the distance selling regulations assuming that the goods are in their original pristine condition and merchantable condition. After 7 days of purchase, you will not be entitled to any refunds.
Simply email us with your reason of return, you shall then receive a return reference number, which you should post to whitewebbit along with your product. Whitewebbit shall send you a cheque with your refund, minus the cost of your posting & packaging.
